Menashe Mizrachi started the business in 1985 supplying pressing equipment to Johannesburg dry cleaners. The category has not changed since. The machines have, the solvents have, the brands have been added to, and the founder who started it still leads the business. Forty years of technical knowledge sits behind every recommendation made from the Wynberg counter.

Unicorp is the authorised Southern African distributor for BÖWE, VEIT, Due Effe, Reverberi, Rotondi, Thermopatch, Silter, BÜFA, Silver Star and Speed Queen. Machines are supplied to dry cleaners, commercial laundries, hotels, hospitals and garment factories in ten countries.

Parts are held on the shelf in Johannesburg rather than ordered when a machine stops. That is the whole argument for buying here rather than importing directly, and it is the part of the business that took longest to build.
