Underpressing decides the finished shape
The shape a jacket holds is set before it is assembled. Underpressing equipment is where manufacturing quality is actually determined, and it is the step most often under-specified.
Throughput is a line, not a machine
A press that cycles faster than the operator can load it buys nothing. Carousels and multi-station arrangements exist because load and unload are the real constraint.
Steam has to hold under simultaneous draw
Several stations pressing at once is a different demand from one station pressing continuously. Boilers get sized for the second and then disappoint on the first.
Labelling is part of the product
Care labels, size labels and brand labels are contractual on an export garment. Heat seal and woven marking both have their place and they are not interchangeable.

- Can you advise on export quality requirements?
