Scales
A hanging scale at the counter weighs the customer's bundle. A scale at the loading point weighs the load, so the washer runs the cycle it was sized for rather than an under-load that wastes water or an over-load that washes badly. The industrial washing machines are sized in kilograms for a reason.
Brushes
