The constraints that matter here
Solvent decides most of the rest
Perc, hydrocarbon and the newer alternatives each carry their own machine, ventilation and storage requirements. Changing solvent later is not a settings change, so it is worth being certain before the machine is ordered.
The press line is the bottleneck, not the wash
Cleaning capacity usually outruns finishing capacity. Sizing the pressing and finishing equipment to the wash load is what stops garments queueing after they are clean.
Steam supply is sized once
A boiler chosen for today's two stations is the reason the third one never gets added. Size it for the floor you intend to run, not the one you are opening with.
Every garment must stay attached to its ticket
Labelling is not an afterthought in a plant processing other people's clothes. It is the difference between a busy week and a claim.

- Often, yes. We stock parts across several makes. Send the make and model and we will confirm whether it is on the shelf.
