Duty cycle over headline capacity
A machine rated for a hospitality load will not survive contract volume. What matters is the hours a day it runs, not the kilograms on the plate.
Drying is where the energy goes
Dryer selection and the extract efficiency ahead of it decide the energy bill more than the washer does. It is worth optimising the extract before buying more drying.
Chemistry and machine are one system
Detergent dosing, water hardness and wash programme are specified together or not at all. Hard water in particular is a South African constant rather than an edge case.
Downtime is contractual
A laundry with a service level agreement cannot wait six weeks for a European part. Local stock is the reason to buy here.

Before you ask
- Do you supply washer extractors as well as finishing?
- Yes. Speed Queen and Girbau washer extractors, industrial dryers, and the finishing and steam equipment behind them.
- Can you help with detergent and dosing?
- We supply BÜFA chemistry and work with dosing partners. The wash process and the chemistry are quoted together because they only work together.
