Before you ask
- How quickly will I get a reply?
- Within one business day. If a machine is down and you need a part, ring +27 (0)11 440 0428 rather than using the form. Parts enquiries are handled faster by phone.
- Do you deliver and install outside Johannesburg?
- Yes. We deliver, install and commission dry cleaning machines, finishing equipment and steam boilers in all nine provinces, and we supply nine neighbouring territories. Site planning, delivery, installation and operator training are all handled by our own people.
- Can I see the equipment before I buy it?
- Yes, the Wynberg premises has machines on the floor. Ring ahead so we can have the right specialist there and the machine you want to see set up.
- What should I put in an enquiry?
- What kind of operation it is, what equipment you run now, roughly what you put through in a day, and your floor and steam constraints. Those four things decide the recommendation more than anything else.
- Do you supply parts for equipment you did not sell?
- Often, yes. We stock press covers, solenoid valves, steam hoses, heating elements, iron shoes and roller ironer felts across several makes. Send us the make and model and we will confirm whether it is on the shelf.
