Due Effe has manufactured professional irons and finishing equipment since 1969 at Cadriano, outside Bologna, in the Emilian district that supplies much of Italy's precision engineering. In 2022 it acquired CiEffe Meccanica, a maker of irons and complete ironing units since 1984. Its irons are found in dry cleaning plants, hotel laundries and garment finishing operations worldwide.
