What Rotondi makes for this
Trouser topping machines
Pressing for the waistband, pocket area and upper thigh. These handle formal trousers and casual wear alike, and the adjustment range is what lets one machine cover a mixed workload.
- Waistband and hip pressing
- Adjustable for different trouser styles
- Steam and vacuum operation
- Multiple width adjustments
Trouser leg pressing systems
Leg and crease finishing, for the sharp line that separates a pressed trouser from a flattened one.
- Crease setting through the leg
- Suited to denim as well as formal cloth
Spare parts and service
Genuine Rotondi parts stocked locally, with our own technicians for installation and servicing.

Pressing a mixed workload?
Tell us the garment, the daily volume and the steam you have available. Rotondi is a wide range and the right machine depends on all three.
Answers before you enquire
- What is a topper, and do I need one as well as a leg press?
- A topper finishes the seat and waist — the part of the trouser a leg press cannot reach. Most operations running trouser volume want both, because together they finish the garment in two quick stations rather than one slow one.
- Will the same machine handle jeans and formal trousers?
- The range adjusts for different fabric weights, which is what separates denim from suiting. Tell us the mix you actually run and we will confirm the configuration rather than assume one setting covers both.
- How much space does a trouser line need?
- Less than operators expect, but it has to be laid out in the order the garment moves. Send us the floor plan with the steam supply marked and we will place the machines on it.
