CEME 9004 is a steam cleaning solenoid valve from the CEME Group main series 90. Pilot operated 2/2 way normally closed valve with G 1/2 inlet and G 1/2 outlet. Features PTFE seals, 12.00mm orifice diameter, and 2.784 m³/h flow rate. Specifically designed for steam applications including steam cleaning and steam ironing. Supplied in South Africa by Unicorp.
The CEME 9004 is an industrial-grade steam solenoid valve engineered for demanding high-pressure environments. With PTFE seals, a G 1/2 body, and a 12mm orifice, it delivers reliable steam control in boilers, autoclaves, and commercial pressing equipment. Its 10 Bar AC / 5 Bar DC rating makes it one of the highest-rated valves in the CEME Series 90 range.
The CEME 9004 is rated for steam only. It is not suitable for water, air, inert gas, flammable gas, oil, or refrigerants. The PTFE seals are specifically chosen for heat resistance in steam applications.
The maximum operating pressure differential (M.O.P.D.) is 10 Bar for AC applications and 5 Bar for DC applications. A minimum differential pressure of 1 Bar is required for the valve to operate correctly.
