- The PremiumLine PERC requires a 3-phase 380V / 50Hz electrical supply. Heating element requirements vary by capacity and whether electric or steam heating is selected. - What is the difference between SlimLine and CrossLine models?
- In the SlimLine version, the distillation unit is positioned behind the drum, resulting in a narrower machine width suited to shops with limited side clearance. In the CrossLine version, the distillation unit sits beside the drum, enabling larger capacities from 21 to 30 kg. Both variants share an insertion height below 2000 mm, meaning they can be delivered through standard commercial doorways without structural modifications.
