Carbonless dry cleaning invoices

A carbonless invoice is the paper record for a counter that does not run a point of sale system, or that runs one and still wants a written copy. The set snaps apart into a customer copy and one or two shop copies, with no carbon sheet to handle or throw away.

Three-part sets give the plant its own copy alongside the customer's and the counter's, which is what a shop wants when the work leaves the premises. Two-part softback books are lighter and cheaper and suit a single-site shop where the ticket never travels.

Hardback books have a stiff backing so they can be written on away from a counter. Anyone taking in work at a collection point or a reception desk will know why that matters.

Blank stock is printed by the shop or written by hand. Custom printing puts the shop's name, address and terms on every copy, which for most shops is worth the setup once.

Invoices are quoted by the box of 500. Tell us the size, whether you want softback or hardback, two-part or three-part, and whether you want your own detail printed.
